Fully Managed REC Accounts
If you elect to be a fully managed client, SREC Marketplace will manage everything required for your system to be assigned SRECs. This includes upload of your solar generation, managing SREC / SREC II / TREC assignment and managing your payments. As a Fully Managed client, you will be paid quarterly each Mar/Jun/Sep/Dec electronically by ACH.
We take care of everything and you get quarterly direct deposits for your SREC production to your bank account automatically.
Self Managed REC Accounts
If you elect to be a self managed client, you will retain responsibility and control of your generation account. When your SRECs are assigned, you would enter the sale on our online SREC Brokerage and transfer your SRECs to us to complete the sale with payment issued electronically to you via ACH.
You still manage uploading your generation and maintain full control of when to sell. You pay a lower commission.
