HOW IT WORKS

As an SREC Marketplace Client you can choose to be either a fully managed client or a self managed client.

• As a fully managed client SREC Marketplace would manage all aspects of your SREC Generation and payments and issue payments automatically via ACH each quarter.

• As a self managed client you would maintain control over your SREC Generation and sell your SRECs yourself on our platform.

• For large commercial facilities please contact us for a quote as volume discounts are available.

Fully Managed REC Accounts

If you elect to be a fully managed client, SREC Marketplace will manage everything required for your system to be assigned and paid for your SRECs. This includes upload of your solar generation, managing SREC / SREC II / TREC assignment and managing your payments. As a Fully Managed client, you will be paid quarterly each Mar/Jun/Sep/Dec electronically by ACH.

We take care of everything including generation upload and you get quarterly direct deposits for your SREC production to your bank account automatically.

Commission is $7.50 per REC in NJ and $5.00 per REC in PA/MD/DC/VA with no additional fees

Self Managed REC Accounts

If you elect to be a self managed client, you will retain responsibility and control of your generation account. When your SRECs are assigned, you would enter the sale on our online SREC Brokerage and transfer your SRECs to us to complete the sale with payment issued electronically to you via ACH.

You still manage uploading your generation and maintain full control of when to sell. You pay a lower commission.

Commission is $2.50 per REC in NJ/PA/MD/DC/VA with no additional fees

Commercial Facilities

For commercial solar facilities, our commission structure is volume-based and negotiable. Large facilities qualify for reduced commission rates.
